The Holly Tree Corner Development, located in Margate, will see x35 residential apartments, x3 detached houses, a ground floor micro-brewery and a fully-glazed penthouse unit on the top level. It will stand in place of a previously fire damaged public house.
The structure is load bearing masonry in cavity wall construction with precast concrete floor planks. A structural steel frame has been used to transfer the load bearing walls, to accommodate the open layout within the micro-brewery.
