Crown House, became a part of Laing O’Rourke in 2004, identifying as one of the UK’s leading building and infrastructure technology providers. Our role is to analyse and create Tekla models and fabrication packages for its MEP modules, which include pump skids, service risers and gantries.

Bringing Value to the Client

Our coordinated approach to delivery, provides a seamless service to the client. They are provided with one key point of contact, who runs the project internally, communicating with both our construction modelling and engineering teams. This way, we can resolve queries efficiently and effectively, providing holistic solutions that incorporate the engineering and construction modelling.

Collaborative Working

From day one, we have treated Crown House, as an extension of our team, with a strong focus on transparent communication. We function within a shared project Teams environment, in addition to weekly progress meetings. As a company we have identified processes and support mechanisms, to facilitate both our relationship and project outcomes. This has included, developing tools, macros and schedules of rates, to inform the client on exacting timescales and costs, which enables them to plan and budget effectively.
