Part of the Canary Wharf expansion masterplan, Wood Wharf is a development in the eastern quarter. Founded on straightforward urban principles, public spaces are distributed so that every residential plot is adjacent to either a park or water. Over 80 ha in size, the development will also include 2.57 million ft2 of commercial office space, 340,000 ft2 of retail and amenity spaces, along with the 3,100 units of both high quality private and affordable housing. D4S are working closely with Stanmore Contractors to develop and design the balcony structures.
