This Grade II* listed Power Station is fast-becoming one of the capital’s liveliest neighbourhoods, whilst retaining its status as a globally recognised design icon. At the heart of a 42-acre development, Battersea Power Station, presents a complex and challenging restoration project, but with huge opportunity. The building will eventually be home to 253 apartments, six floors of office space, a designated area for 90 plus retail outlets, an urban food hall and a 2000 person capacity event venue. D4S engineering delivered the structural designs to the first six stairs for the energy centre and are currently working on a further nine in total on the Wash Tower, Boiler House, Switch House and External House phases of the development.
