He champions and promotes professional advice, guidance, and knowledge-sharing across the business with a commitment to mentoring and developing our younger professionals. Continued development and critical thinking enables him to leverage his knowledge and experience to bring additional value to each project.

Adam Harkin – Senior Structural Engineer

Adam is an experienced engineer specialising in LGS and offsite construction. He joins Design4Structures after working for voestalpine Metsec where he was the senior engineer in pre-panelised systems. He has vast experience of multiple sectors and delivered projects across residential, hotel & leisure, and varied types of student accommodation – taking them from conceptual design through to completion. Impressively his favourite project he has worked on to date is the hotel on the pit straight at the Silverstone circuit.

Lexxi Evans – Structural Revit Technician

Lexxi started out her career in construction at the age of just 16 as an Apprentice CAD Engineer, working initially for our sister company TDS and training through our third sister company Cadcoe. With Lexxi’s ability to learn quickly, eye for detail and work ethic it was a no brainer for her to stay on at TDS after she became a qualified Engineer. Working with TEKLA software she went onto work on a range of well know projects such as Manchester Airport, Battersea Power Station and other impressive structures that covered areas of expertise in structural and architectural metalwork and LGSF.

During her time at TDS Lexxi gained knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, couple with her passion for architectural buildings meant her progression over to Design4Structures was her natural next step. Lexxi is a very detail orientated person, always on the lookout for issues that she can rectify quickly, for a smooth project delivery.
