Managing Director, D4S

Preceding this, our 2023 re-brand officially brought our construction modelling and detailing team (formerly TDS) and engineering team (D4S), under the singular Design4Structures brand. The additional move to one singular MD, will ensure our unified approach is delivered to maximum effect, in all that we do.

A Vision for Better Construction

Taking up employment with Design4Structures in 2022, Matt brings vast experience, particularly in the structural design of large-scale schemes.  He is an exceptional project director, with a vision to truly make the construction industry a better place;I joined D4S for multiple reasons, but it’s the fact that we do something different to other engineering consultancies, that inspires and excites me. We are progressive, we challenge the norm, we find the right solutions for our clients and we deliver. In my role as MD, I’m really looking forward to driving this message forward and establishing us further as the engineering consultancy that makes the real difference it promises.”

Strong Leadership is Critical to Collective Industry Success

Our CEO, Daniel Leech is delighted to be working more closely with Matt, UK construction is undergoing a huge transformation at present, especially with the introduction of the new Building Safety Act, along with climate change and sustainability high on the agenda, and more recently the looming general election. Strong leadership, with exceptional capabilities to communicate and build relationships is going to be critical to our collective industry success, whatever the service area or sector. Matt has already proved to be an exceptional leader, showing enormous commitment and dedication to the business in all that he does. I’m personally proud to have him playing such a vital role in D4S and its future plans – my biggest congratulations go to him!”

We look forward to sharing further news from our leadership team in the coming weeks.
