We’re committed to developing talent at every level, offering in-house chartership mentoring and supporting graduates and apprentices to launch their careers in engineering, construction modelling and technical roles.

Jon is a highly experienced and forward-thinking engineer with over 35 years in structural steel, concrete and refurbishment projects. As a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he’s worked on some of the world’s most iconic projects, including the Serpentine Pavilion, Heathrow Terminal 5, The Pinnacle Tower, Qatar National Museum, Leadenhall Tower and Chiswick Park. His passion for innovation and collaborative working has been a driving force behind the success of these projects and continues to inspire our business today.
