OUR EXPERT TEAM DELIVERS DETAILED, COORDINATED 3D MODELS, ENHANCING COLLABORATION, EFFICIENCY AND PROJECT SUCCESS
OVERVIEW

Our highly trained construction modelling and detailing team works with main contractors, manufacturers, fabricators and sub-contractors across the supply chain. With over 30 technicians, we provide expert detailing for structural steelwork, architectural metalwork, modular volumetric units and LGSF. We also specialise in creating fully coordinated ‘single source of truth’ models, developed both internally and in collaboration with external clients, to streamline your workflows and enhance coordination throughout the entire construction process.

We prioritise early engagement and collaboration, ensuring a smooth transition through every stage of the project. By working closely with our clients, design teams, in-house structural engineers and connection designers, we ensure efficient delivery from design through to fabrication and installation. This approach helps mitigate risks, avoid delays, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Using industry-leading software like Tekla Structures and Revit, we deliver data-rich 3D models that improve coordination, reduce errors and enhance overall efficiency. We also provide RC detailing services, ensuring the accurate detailing of reinforced concrete elements to support the quality and precision of every build.

As a BIM-compliant company, we integrate the technology and process into your projects, adding value for all stakeholders in the built environment, from clients to sub-contractors, architects and facilities managers.

FULLY COORDINATED BIM SOLUTIONS FROM EXPERT TEKLA AND REVIT TECHNICIANS

01
Detailing in Tekla Structures
Tekla Structures is at the heart of what we do. With over 30 years of experience, we started as a steelwork detailing company and have since built a reputation for excellence, delivering high-quality, precise and efficient detailing solutions. We take pride in our expertise, attention to detail and seamless adaptability, working across the UK and internationally to meet diverse project requirements and industry standards.
02
Tekla software development and parametric modelling
We use Tekla software development and parametric modelling to make structural design and fabrication smarter, faster and more efficient. By creating intelligent, automated components, we reduce manual work, improve accuracy and make it easier to adapt to design changes. Our practical, hands-on approach ensures that every design is accurate, efficient and easy to build, helping projects move seamlessly from concept to construction.
03
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Our construction modelling team works across a diverse portfolio of projects, providing fully coordinated engineering data and construction information that evolves with the scheme. By ensuring a single source of truth and consistent file formats, we streamline project delivery, reduce errors and enhance collaboration across all disciplines.
THE MINDS MAKING IT HAPPEN

“Our work across a range of offsite disciplines equips us to support clients with innovative methodologies and recommend the most effective solutions for their projects. Having both engineering and detailing in-house is a key benefit, it helps streamline communication, speed up the process, and keep projects on time and within budget.”

JOHN BREEZE - ASSOCIATE FOR CONSTRUCTION MODELLING (OFFSITE)

Trimble Connect has been a game-changer for us and how we can engage our clients throughout the process. We can showcase the entire model to our clients, with real-time access to it, which is fantastic. They can view and interact with the model as it gets updated, making the design process much more collaborative.”

MATTHEW BAKER - ASSOCIATE FOR CONSTRUCTION MODELLING (STRUCTURES)

“I think one of our really unique qualities, as an entire business, is that we’re all open-minded about change and not resistant to it at all. Our goal is to continually improve, as a collective team and as individuals.”

SIMON CHATWIN - DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION MODELLING
