Unsolicited Candidate Submissions

D4S does not accept unsolicited CVs, candidate details or introductions from recruitment agencies or employment businesses.

 

Any CVs or candidate details sent to D4S, or to any of its employees, without a prior written request or invitation from an authorised representative of the Company will be treated as unsolicited and will be disregarded.

 

D4S will not be bound by, nor accept, any terms and conditions associated with such unsolicited submissions, and no fee will be payable in respect of any candidate introduced in this way.

 

Recruitment agencies may only submit candidate details where:

 

  • They are a recognised preferred supplier, acting in accordance with an agreed contract.
  • They have received a specific, prior written instruction from an authorised representative of D4S, evidenced by an email trail.
  • Any terms and conditions sent by a recruitment agency will not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorised representative of D4S prior to the submission of candidate details.
