We’re here to guide your project from the very start. We work closely with you to consider potential solutions that will influence the decisions you make around design procurement and resource earlier in the construction process.

We undertake feasibility studies and complete further research and development to ensure you maximise your project potential and reach your desired outcomes. At this stage, you’ll meet your project director who, on creating your project brief, will continue to work directly with you throughout every step of delivery. 

We explore all structural options, creating a preliminary scheme to support the architectural concept and planning approval documents.

Depending on the complexity of your project, we may introduce BIM (building information modelling) at this stage, where we create digital models and data sets based on design intent.

We progress initial concepts by developing a more detailed design of all primary structural elements. 

At this stage, we create a fully coordinated model, using Civil 3D, Revit and Tekla, bringing together structural and infrastructure elements with architectural and MEP design. From here, we produce technical specifications and data for accurate costing, resourcing and tender requirements.

We produce the final designs for construction. Engineers and construction modellers work closely to create a complete package for fabrication and manufacture, including connection design and detail.

We provide ongoing support to the contractor once manufacturing and construction commence. We’re on hand to review and respond to queries, manage RFIs and review site progress to maintain efficient delivery.
