Matt is a confident and technically strong structural engineer with experience working on projects from grade listed buildings to new high-rise developments. He has worked with private clients as well as top-tier national developers, effectively tailoring engineering services directly to the client’s requirements.
As a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers Matt is very comfortable leading a team working with all main structural materials and has particularly extensive experience with reinforced concrete. He enjoys being able to take projects from conceptual design all the way through to completion, refining the scheme to create an efficient, cost-effective and sustainable end product.
Senior Structural Engineer
Vartan began his career in a multidisciplinary engineering company in London, working on various large scale civil projects before progressing into structural engineering. Joining D4S in 2022, he offers a wealth of knowledge in the residential sector whilst also having experience in refurbishment projects and temporary works schemes. Vartan’s project history demonstrates the application of fundamental principles within the construction industry whilst using innovation and practicality to overcome complex challenges and offer efficient solutions.
Whilst Vartan’s role at D4S demands attention to detail and collaboration to build and create concepts, he is a passionate engineer and takes pride in seeing designs come to life.
Sabry is a Chartered Structural Engineer with 8-years of Engineering Design and Construction experience in a breadth of multidisciplinary engineering projects, both in the UK and abroad encompassing a broad range of project topologies. These include large mix used commercial and residential developments, high-rise towers, high profile education centres, healthcare and research facilities and energy sector.
He is fortunate to have worked on notable and multiple billion-pound projects, where engineering innovation and excellence has led to delivering particularly complex and technically challenging projects. These include Olympia regeneration scheme, 21-Moorfield and Battersea PowerStation Phase 3b.
In addition to the above, Sabry is passionate about mentoring younger engineers and training within the business and takes an active role in promoting knowledge sharing and delivering CPDs within D4S and externally through IStructE exam preparation courses.
